  In my case this firm has been highly effective and I am very happy with the service provided.
  I needed help with objecting to a planning application which, if successful, would have resulted in my garden being overshadowed and significant loss of light inside my house. The planning officer was actually supporting this application for a two storey extension and the situation was threatening to spiral out of control. In the end the case somehow ended up with the local area planning committee where the application was finally overturned. The saga lasted months with the planning application coming back twice. I owe the success of my objection to Nicholas Kingsley Smith and his efforts on my behalf. It felt like the odds were stacked against me given the surprising level of support this application seemed to have from the officials. Without Nicholas's help my objection would have simply been steamrolled over. The process was not cheap but I am glad I went through with it because in the end it made a huge difference to my future quality of life.
